Is this legal?

Yes. Nominee directors are recognized in all 27 EU countries. Germany GmbH law, Ireland Companies Act 2014, and Dutch BV law all permit external directors. This is standard corporate practice.

Do I need qualifications?

No. EU resident, over 18, clean criminal record. That is it.

How much work is it?

1-3 hours per month per company. Some months nothing at all.

What if the company does something illegal?

Protected three ways: (1) We reject high-risk companies upfront. (2) Quarterly compliance monitoring. (3) One-click exit — we replace you within 30 days. D&O insurance covers everything.

Will my information be public?

Your home address never appears in any register. Companies only see your professional profile. All communication through our platform.

Taxes?

Declare as service income in your country. We provide country-by-country guides.

Can I quit?

Yes. 30 days notice. We handle replacement. No penalty.

How do I get paid?

Monthly bank transfer or Revolut/Wise. By the 5th of each month. Companies pay in advance.

How many companies?

Up to 5 companies — $1,000/month maximum.
